How are these topicals different?

Because we couldn’t find a topical that met our clinical standards, we decided to make one. We included quality well-established effective ingredients along with meaningful amounts of CBD and CBG. We also added a medicinal herbal formula inspired by the secret formulas used by Shaolin monks to heal martial art injuries. A perfect trifecta. PLUS…it’s non-greasy so it absorbs easily allowing kinesiology tape application. Major Bonus!

What can it help?

In clinic, we use our topicals on knees, backs, hips, legs, shoulders , elbows, ankles, wrists, and necks. We use Formula 5 all day long, but it can be too strong for some patients, so we designed Sensitive Skin Formula 3 to be less intense, but still very effective for more sensitive areas like necks, or aging skin, or for those who do not want the extra tingle or smell of wintergreen that is in Formula 5.

How do you know that they are effective?

We have tested our topicals on our patients for years and they LOVE them! We use both Formula 3 and Formula 5 in our clinic, as each provides amazing benefits to our patients.

Patients talk about how these topicals have changed their lives. Our patients can move better. They can hike again, walk the dog again, pick up their grandchildren again, and work in the garden again. They tell us they have “gotten their lives back” again.

Why is it that color?

We use oleoresin capsaicin that is a reddish color. If we didn’t use oleoresin, the creams would be white. Oleoresins are concentrated, natural, semi-solid mixtures of resin and essential oils, produced by extracting spices, herbs, or plants. 5 to 20 times stronger than ground spices, they are used for flavoring food (sauces, meats, snacks) and in pharmaceuticals for their bioactive compounds.

Can you it it during pregnancy or breast-feeding?

Safest answer is “no”. Many of ingredients in this formula are contra-indicated while pregnant or breast feeding, including certain herbs, wintergreen, and CBD. We recommend not using these products while pregnant or breast-feeding.
