Thank you for your interest in selling our amazing products! We offer wholesale pricing to retailers and practitioners. We are excited to partner with other businesses that align with our values of promoting health and wellness. We hope these products help improve your business profit, your practice results, and treatment outcomes.

This account will:

1) Apply a 50% retail discount

2) Remove sales tax on all your orders

3) Include FREE shipping for orders over $200

4) No minimum order

All wholesale orders are understood by us to be used as retail items or use items and sales tax or use tax will be collected and paid by you to your respective state.

We do not allow resale of our products on restricted sites, such as Amazon or outside the US.

We will respond via email providing you with a MN ST3 exemption form for you to complete, sign, and send back via email.

Once we receive your signed MN ST3 form, we can create a “wholesale” account for you. We will notify you when your account has been created. You will then be able to log in under the “log-in” tab at the top of the website using your email to receive a log-in code.
